Panel discussion with Nikolaus Röttger and Antonia Speerforck

How do we find our calling? How do we stay optimistic at work? And how can optimism strengthen us to make important decisions? Nikolaus Röttger talks about this with Antonia Speerforck. She is a psychotherapist and author of the book "Where is my place in life?".

The book is a plea for a loving approach to oneself in a complicated world, "because we can't chase or scold or pull anyone into a good place, not even ourselves. But we can give ourselves support, be our own companions, no matter which island our story takes us to," says Speerforck. At the same time, "Where is my place in life?" offers tools to get to know our sides better, set ourselves coherent goals and make good decisions.
