In her workshop, Antje will show you how, with a few tricks and a little preparation, you can take your own favorite food with you on a tour.
Antje is a keen amateur cook and outdoor enthusiast. On one of her greatest adventures, a hike on the Arctic Circle Trail in Greenland, she packed 36 varied meals in her hiking luggage - all of which she prepared herself.
In the workshop, you will learn lots of interesting facts, Antje's secrets for "happy" hiking food and you will try out the meals you have prepared on site together.
Antje not only shares her tricks, but also gives you a small selection of her favorite recipes and inspirations after the workshop, so that you will be able to develop your own favorite recipes afterwards.
