Café Rost is located in an old working-class pub in Mannheim's Neckarstadt-West district.

We take a lot of time to cook, bake and create. Our bread rolls are allowed to rise slowly, our sauces and dips are finely seasoned and the herbs are freshly picked and served on your plate.

Café Rost has the taste of our childhood: lemonades like grandma used to make in the Palatinate, freshly baked focaccia like our nonna used to make in Tuscany. We use the best ingredients. Our flour comes from an artisan mill in the Black Forest and the salt from the sea.

We make everything here with 100% renewable energy and use many organic products from the region.
