Flying Roasters

We are a roastery from Berlin. With what we do, we try to bridge the gap between social aspirations and quality. Every day, we try to do the right thing with the wrong thing - and do it with pleasure. We source our green coffee directly from the local cooperatives that produce it, without any intermediaries. This enables us to ensure that our standards for social working conditions are met from cultivation and harvesting to roasting in Berlin.

In close cooperation with the producers, we try to take a different approach to the coffee trade: direct, solidarity-based, fair, fairly paid and with excellent quality. We have an insight into the production conditions and communicate directly with the cooperatives about pricing and delivery conditions.
