During a vacation in Asia, we came up with the idea to open a vegan restaurant in Berlin, when we ourselves visited a place that offered only delicacies 100% without animal products. It was like a small vacation on vacation, because we did not have to look what is suitable for us, did not have to interview the waiter forever, but could simply choose at will from the menu and enjoy. Simply great. This is exactly the experience we would like to offer you in the future at Försters.

Simply feast, without thinking, 100% vegan and handmade. We get most of our ingredients from a Berlin organic supplier and we want to spoil you as regional & seasonal as possible. And best of all: we will interpret the classics of German home cooking vegan for you and conjure them up on your plate. Rouladen, Königsberger Klopse, eggplant "cream Matjes kind" and of course delicious cakes and desserts are looking forward to flatter your palate.
