The Fête de la Musique 2024 will once again welcome summer on June 21 as Berlin's largest and most popular free-and-outside(-and-later-inside)-festival. The European festival of music is also the most diverse celebration of urban society. Because on this day, many thousands of people make music and organize concerts in all districts of the city, which are open to the public with Free admission. On stages and in front of kerbs, on carpets and sidewalks, in clubs and concert halls, people play for people - and everyone celebrates the joy of music together. This great social and societal achievement is at the heart of the event, which is celebrated worldwide.

The countdown is on - and Berlin is dancing with big steps towards another record-breaking Fête de la Musique: on Friday, June 21, 2024, summer will once again be welcomed in all Berlin districts with the largest free music event in Europe. Hundreds of acts, choirs, bands, soloists and ensembles as well as more than 250 music venues, stages, clubs, theaters and churches have already expressed their interest in taking part.

This summer, the Fête de la Musique is also the official cultural partner for the European Football Championship in Berlin, offering the many guests from all over Europe a musical travel guide to the city's most beautiful places and the best concerts.
