A fascinating journey through sound unfolds with works by Schumann, Martin and Brahms: Schumann's overture to Genoveva takes us into the dramatic world of Romanticism, while Martin's concerto for wind instruments and percussion opens up new dimensions with its modern, experimental sound language. Finally, Brahms' Symphony No. 2 delights with its poetic depth and harmonic complexity. All three masterpieces combine opulent orchestration and emotional intensity, ranging from the Romantic period to the modern era and presenting sound and emotion in perfect harmony.
