Contrary to many political promises, the housing shortage has worsened in recent years. Rents are rising. Entire apartment buildings are being emptied of tenants after a change of ownership. Unnecessary and massive construction measures, terminations or incorrect utility bills, expensive modernizations and much more make life difficult for tenants.

At this lecture and discussion evening in the foyer, the Alliance for Affordable Housing will use concrete practical examples to show how things could be done differently. What can we achieve if we fight back together? What needs to change politically?

In short keynote speeches, experts will report on past successful campaigns, present measures to protect tenants and invite people to talk about ways to resist.
