In The Tempest of Neptune, director Katarina Stankovic explores the small Croatian island of Vis, which has been closed to tourism for many years. This is about to change as the island is now home to an old fishing site that has been bought by a Dutch investor who plans to convert it into vacation apartments. Fishermen, young people and local workers come together to discuss how tourism will change their island. It's an important film about sustainability and community that we are showing at Aquarium, an inclusive space for meeting, networking and collaborating, located in the heart of the vibrant Kottbusser Tor. This space will host discussions, seminars, art projects and consultations and will include a Q&A session with the director, allowing the audience to further discuss the issues raised in the film.
