A cappella Popchor Ukelalas

In the artist's words:

The program of the "Ukelalas", which was founded in the summer of 2014 from the university choir, ranges from beautiful to beautifully bizarre (with an emphasis on beautiful). With the desire to be a small repertoire ensemble rather than a large project choir and to be able to make music in the university environment during the lecture-free period (= semester break), we have been doing our own thing ever since and fish out what we like and what we feel like doing from the large, colorful aquarium of music. We mainly sing songs with a groove from the pop and musical genres, but also interesting folk arrangements (e.g. African, Bulgarian) in several voices with and without accompaniment. We always try to find a good balance between sophisticated arrangements, light and fluffy, catchy pop classics and soulful ballads.
