The entertainer Adam Riese has been hosting the talk show named after him in Münster since 2007. In the "Adam Riese Show", he combines sophisticated entertainment with talk, games and music. Steffen Henssler, Lisa Feller and Mirja Boes have already sat on his couch. Musical and cabaret interludes as well as film clips round off the entertaining program.

Adam Riese became popular as a singer in punk rock bands such as Die Fidelen Schwager and Äni(x)Väx back in the 1980s. Äni(x)Väx in particular played spectacular concerts in all corners of Germany.

Riese has been a presenter since the 1980s. As a DJ, he played punk and German Schlager in the 90s. To this day, Riese hosts music festivals, film premieres and other major events

In 2001, Adam Riese created an internet encyclopedia about Münster's cultural scene in the 80s. At the end of 2004, he documented his knowledge of Münster as the creator of the "Citywalk Münster", an acoustic city guide in audio book format. This was followed in 2006 by the cultural and city guide "Das Münsterbuch" with Christa Farwick, which is now in its sixth edition. The children's book "Discover Münster" with Heiko Werning was published in 2015. Adam Riese occasionally gives readings from his works.
