Anna Depenbusch is the epitome of a singer-songwriter. She writes, composes and produces authentically approachable songs. With her music, the Hamburg native tells stories full of poetry and liveliness. Her lyrics are sometimes tender, sometimes eloquent, and always peppered with a personal pinch of "Anna".

The singing poet created her unmistakable style between Edith Piaf, Hildegard Knef and Björk early on and enchants with her very own mixture: deeply sad and hilarious. She now has five studio albums and two solo albums to her name, has toured from the Elbphilharmonie to the Prinzregententheater, and has been awarded the Fred Jay Prize and the German Chanson Prize, among others. There is still no end in sight.

After touring exclusively with her grand piano in recent years, the versatile thoroughbred musician is now performing with her band again. The colorful, virtuoso stage program takes the audience on a musical journey through the history of Anna Depenbusch: from romantic chansons to fine blues, from retro pop to cheeky country. A charming mix of genres with a lot of heart and humor.
