When everything is simple ...

Sometimes things just work out. Knowing three gift ideas at the drop of a hat, train connections that are on time or a band lyric that can be written down in one go.

It was similar when we five Berlin musicians thought in the fall of 2022: Let's make music together! We were amazed to realize that we, our music, our crazy lives and passions fit together.

What has emerged since then is music with the ambition to make people happy: Beautiful & Wild. Familiar & disturbing. Complicated & straightforward. Fine instrumentalists & virtuoso show-offs. Jazz. Although: Is that still jazz? Or indie? Or both? Or simply a highly improvisational, undogmatic approach that fuses a wide variety of musical styles such as jazz, dub, krautrock and funk. Sometimes danceable, sometimes melancholic, sometimes like the background music of a movie or like a journey into the weightlessness of outer space?
