We are a heterogeneous group of people with the most diverse musical backgrounds and preferences and meet weekly to make music together.

We like: beatboxing, Renaissance madrigals, free improvisation, Stockhausen, circle songs, stand-up song accompaniment, pseudo-folk, singing in stairwells, being loud, spoken drama, rehearsal weekends in the Thuringian province, performance concerts, us.

The best-looking choir has been around since 2007 and - according to tradition - originated from a circle of friends. Over the years, many old and new friends have joined.

In addition to various forms and forms of improvisation, the best-looking choir also performs pieces with sheet music. When selecting pieces, the most important criterion is that the music is conceived by the singers. The individuality of the singers should not be subordinated to a collective sound that is only accessible to the listeners. The evening was good for us when there were five moments when time stood still for a moment.

Sometimes we also sing in the presence of other people: In our concerts, we deal with special themes, which we vocally illuminate and color anew, onto which we let our associations collide, creating total works of art with a workshop character.
