My path as a musician

My path led me from competitive sport to various youth choirs. I had my own song ideas at 14, but it wasn't until I was 20 that I dared to buy a guitar. Soon afterwards, I experienced my first open stage in Munich. A short time later, I traveled by car to Spain in search of my art and a happier life, where I was able to experience a lot of music. My twenties passed with a few casting attempts, a TV show and many open stages. It wasn't until later that I started writing mainly in German. In 2018, after months of work with a team of great musicians and producers, my album "Traum" was released. A short time later, "Tänzer" was added, my dream of the dream dancer, who has become a kind of leading figure for me, was fulfilled: We celebrated a release party in Munich's Cord Club with over 200 people and 15 musicians on stage. Many concerts, song slams and festivals followed before an event and my exhaustion slowed me down.
In 2020, I was very busy with my yoga training, during which I was able to make music for "yoga people" for the first time. My desire to combine yoga and music never left me.
An important link between yoga and music for me is the handpan: an instrument that is often used either meditatively or percussively. Here, too, I live the "both-and".
For me, the combination of my songwriting lyrics and the handpan is a particularly beautiful way of combining my love of yoga AND music. This path, which now seems so logical to me, manifests itself at yoga festivals, where I teach both yoga and handpan and play a concert in the evening.

After all these experiences on open stages and slams, I founded Bavaria's first Handpan Open Stage in 2024. The"PanViera" takes place several times a year in Munich and aims to create a non-competitive space of appreciation for this unique instrument and those who play and build it, as well as to promote a coming together in the community.
