Boris Randzio

Boris Randzio is a Berlin-born artist who is a passionate dancer, choreographer and actor. He began his impressive career as a permanent member of the Deutsche Oper Berlin ballet company and spent 11 years as a soloist with the Ballett am Rhein in Düsseldorf under the direction of Martin Schläpfer.

Guest performances have taken him to renowned international stages - including the Théâtre de la Ville in Paris, the Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv, the Bunkamura Orchard Hall in Tokyo and the Teatro Real in Madrid. He has been working freelance in Berlin since 2020 and has been a member of the independent Austrian theater group VADA since 2004.

Boris Randzio uses movement to open up emotional landscapes. His pieces invite us to discover themes such as vulnerability, self-discovery and transformation. The choreographies are often multi-layered and reveal the tension between inner sensitivity and the power of physical forms of expression.
