Leipzig-based musician CARY pours fragile emotions into powerful songs - somewhere between dark pop and honest self-confrontation. She sounds vulnerable, but always full of hope.

She appears almost mystical on stage, while her songs could hardly be more approachable and personal. CARY sings about depression, the cut with her family. About feeling lost in this world. Her voice: Sometimes hypnotizingly whispering, sometimes full of unbreakable power. The beats: powerful and driving, co-produced by CARY.

Nominated for the New Music Award 2023, celebrated at the Reeperbahn Festival and as support for Lina Maly and Raum27, among others, CARY from Leipzig is building a rapidly growing community that is reflected in her songs. In 2024, the joint single "Einzelkampf" with Crystal F hits the ground running and catapults the two Deeptalk artists into various playlists and rotations. Their EP "Lauf" was named "Album of the Week" by laut.de featured on thousands of Ströer billboards across Germany.

The album "Allein oder Einsam", released in 2025, was named "Album of the Week" by Der Spiegel. The album and the tour of the same name are dedicated to the feeling that characterizes an entire generation but that nobody talks about - loneliness. CARY deals with the subject in a multi-layered way and with great sensitivity, without lapsing into resignation. Their concerts feel like joint therapy sessions: screaming, crying, dancing - and feeling understood in the process.
