Berlin garage duo CAVA are back after their debut album "Damage Control" released in spring 2023 and countless shows - and how! On November 15, 2024, the second album "Powertrip" was released with 14 new songs that show what the band - Peppi Ahrens and Mela Schulz - do best: Fuzz, distortion, energetic drums, fast and determined declarations of war on patriarchy, classism and capitalism. The first single "Crashing" is impressive proof of this. The song addresses the feeling of not being heard and not being understood, and is extra loud for it! Following the album release, the band will embark on an extensive "Powertrip" tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
