Support group for people with depression (18 - 30 years old)

Hi, we are depressed. And we have no idea what to write here. We also don't know where the thread is and how we can continue. But what we do know is that we want to keep going, because life isn't actually that bad; it just sucks sometimes and we feel like the world is ending while it's ending. Makes sense, doesn't it?

The group was founded by the two of us in response to the fact that we couldn't find anything comparable for people our age with depression. So we took it into our own hands.

We are an official self-help group registered with the city. Our meetings take place every 2nd Sunday in the heart of Düsseldorf.

We are female, male, exhausted and in a good mood, absolutely strong Sigma-Grindset doers (who occasionally cry a lot). Our group is as colorful as our feelings and conditions are diverse.
