Clou Simon is a composer and singer and performs in German-speaking countries, on cruise ships and on Gran Canaria. His song "Ohh, Gran Canaria" was streamed and downloaded over 1 million times in less than a year, for which he received a Gold Award from the Gran Canaria President. Media reports such as "The King of Gran Canaria" and "Stuttgart's most successful pop singer" were the result. Other of his songs were also successful and ended up in various charts. "Ein Tag mit mir" even reached number 1 in the Amazon sales charts and "Für immer Sommer" reached number 45 in the official airplay charts. His pop hit song "So wie ich bin" reached number 1 on NDR Schlager, where it remained in the top 15 for seven weeks.

The likeable pop singer from Stuttgart is the winner of the German Songwriting Awards 2018 and was Newcomer of the Year 1998 with the pop band U.N.S. 5. He sang for several years as a soloist on cruise ships and was the singer in the Stuttgart jazz-pop band DAYS like THIS. He has several years of vocal training in choral singing, classical voice training, pop and musicals. Since 2022 he has also been part of the band SchlagerCafé as a singer in the Stuttgart area.
