Convoy Exceptionell

In the artist's words:

The ensemble is a modern circus theater patchwork family of several generations with six large and four small two-legged friends. In the style of an enchanted traveling theater from another dimension, they travel around the country in old trucks for three months over the summer, performing around 90 shows. Coffee and cookies, tickets and the opportunity to linger in an old furniture van before the magical tents open. Driven by utopian dreams, merciless optimism, a love of vagrancy and freedom, we travel the country and make people laugh, sometimes cry and maybe even think a little here and there. The stories we tell live from the joy of playing, dancing and making music and the love of circus and theater. At the end of the show and also in the Lastercafe, in the old street theater tradition, there is a box office and everyone is allowed to pay according to their own income and appreciation. We take the liberty of turning the capitalist logic of exploitation of the world on its head in our little tent, invite everyone to join us and trust that it is enough if we and our guests all give our best. Can you make a living from it? - It always depends on what you call life, we say!
