CURLY STRINGS - although originally intended to be anything but a classic folk band, they are now one of the most well-known voices on the Estonian folk scene. With their debut album "Üle ilma" (2014), they won four Estonian music awards, including in the Album of the Year category. This was followed just two years later by the international award for European Bluegrass Band of the Year.

In the meantime, CURLY STRINGS have released seven albums, toured Europe, Japan and Canada and even worked with symphony orchestras in Estonia and Germany. Their trademark: sincere vocals, fresh arrangements and stories that get under your skin, even if you don't speak Estonian. Many concertgoers rave about them: Estonian sounds like "Elvish" and gives the music a special magic.

Their new EP "Make Your Wings and Fly" will be released on October 24, 2025 and will be performed live for the first time on the upcoming tour - complemented by highlights from over ten years of the band's history.
