In the artist's words:

Daisy Grow Yellow from Cologne show through their songs just how beautiful it is to (re)bloom thanks to life’s ups and downs. They write positive and hopeful music that touches the heart. Inspired by artists such as Bon Iver, Phoebe Bridgers, and The National, as well as Emily King and Lianna La Havas, they create a blend of indie pop enriched with folk and soul elements.

The band’s motivation: the joy and love of making music together. Following their debut EP “Daisy Grow Yellow” in 2019, they emerged in November 2024 more united than ever with new music and the release of their second EP, ‘...and it bloomed in august’. This EP tells the story of a transformation—from crises to personal growth, from seemingly endless darkness to the glimmers of hope that keep us going.

Their next EP is set to be released in early May 2027.
