In the artist's words:

With over 200 international concerts and a band consisting of her brother and long-time friends, DANA has made a name for herself not only in Switzerland, but now also in Germany and everywhere else. Her music is versatile and combines rousing pop anthems with spherical singer-songwriter and indie sounds. Her music is an outlet for her emotions, which helps her to process her feelings. She addresses personal issues such as trauma, fear of commitment and feminist activism.

But DANA doesn't just write music for herself, she has also worked as a musician in the film world. She wrote the theme songs for the successful Swiss film "Platzspitzbaby" and the 3sat film "Starke Frauen", thus expanding her career. In addition, she has been running her own songwriting lab since 2020, where she regularly collaborates with various artists, both in Switzerland and internationally.

Last year, Dana released her album "Future Daughters" with the single of the same name. In this single, she addresses the restrictions that women face in contrast to men. However, this is not done in a melancholy or fearful way, but rather with strength and positive expression. In "Future Daughters", DANA sings about the hopes and dreams she has for the coming generations of women and the opportunities that could open up if they could act as freely at night as they do during the day. The 8-song album was an impressive success and raised anticipation for further works by Dana, who expresses her personal concerns and her view of the world in such an artistic way.

In 2023, the singer was nominated for the Swiss Music Award in the "Best Talent" category and, after an extensive summer of festivals, even shared the stage with Jessie J. Soon you can also see DANA on tour.
