Darina Mikityuk Pop Art Artist Hamburg

In the artist's words:

Darina Mikityuk is a Ukrainian artist based in Hamburg Eppendorf. In her work, she combines contemporary pop art with themes such as transformation, identity, femininity and emotional perception.

Her works are characterized by strong colour worlds, clear contrasts and expressive imagery. The focus is on the question of how personal changes also influence expression, body image and visual language.

Shaped by migration and a new beginning in Germany, she has developed an artistic position between strength, sensitivity and modern femininity.

With her exhibition "After the Shift", she shows current works about change, inner processes and new perspectives.

Part of the proceeds will go towards social and cultural projects for children through Art Bridge.
