In the artist's words:

deafdawg - that's Fabian Livrée. He has been active with his band Drens for years and is now venturing onto solo paths. In addition to the loud drums, his new wave and alternative pop influences and German lyrics now also have a place here. Before deafdawg even got around to releasing his demos, he went on tour with the Chemnitz band Tränen at the beginning of 2024. Livrée brought his songs to the stage as a solo act with the concentrated energy of a live band. The first single, "lovetoy", was released in October 2025, long after his live debut. In the meantime, deafdawg has also toured with Shelter Boy, DonkeyKid, Bilk and Temmis. The "forever EP", deafdawg's first major release, will be released on May 23.
