In the artist's words:

Dexpierte Colectivo from Colombia consists of five core members and numerous contributors and has been bringing social issues into the public space for over 12 years - from Colombia to the whole of Latin America. Using techniques such as stencils, poster art, graffiti and video mapping, the collective sheds light on topics such as social inequality, discrimination, violence and the value of cultural diversity. Through workshops for people of all ages, the community is actively involved in the creative process and encouraged to participate in shaping public space.
