DIE SKEPTIKER, founded in East Berlin in 1986, played and still play energetic, electrifying and euphoric punk rock with clever German lyrics. Singer and lyricist EUGEN BALANSKAT is the constant and only remaining skeptic of the founding formation. Despite member changes and a band break (2000-2006), albums and tours, the perils of life and social change, one thing is certain: the band and its singer have lost none of their emotional power! As if the 40 years had passed them by without a trace.
