Dr. Thomas Wiedemann

Thomas Wiedemann, Dr. habil., born 1981, studied communication science, political science, French and Spanish philology in Munich, Nancy and Barcelona. He is currently a research assistant and private lecturer at the Institute for Media Research at Chemnitz University of Technology. Previously, he worked at the Institute for Communication Science and Media Research at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and led the projects "Making of ... The acting interaction in the creation process of feature films in Germany" and "Discursive construction of reality in German feature films" funded by the German Research Foundation. In 2024, he was awarded the teaching qualification for the subject of communication studies.
