NDW meets pop-punk: Completely detached at full throttle!

DRAN are musical time travelers with electric guitars. They dust off the Neue Deutsche Welle, tickle synth anthems like "99 Luftballons" and "Major Tom" out of the rehearsal room - and give the classics a fresh coat of pop-punk à la Blink 182, The Offspring and Green Day, whose best-known songs are of course also on the set list; because DRAN wouldn't be DRAN if they limited themselves to the 80s alone. The program is complemented by well-known songs by Die Ärzte, Die Toten Hosen, Wir sind Helden and, of course, Falco - all originally interpreted and served up in a danceable way.

Several hundred fans regularly dance, sing and sweat at the concerts and are collectively catapulted back to their Walkman days. DRAN make their completely detached rounds across the stages of the North.

DRAN is as versatile as a Swiss army knife and has more energy than a pack of caffeine junkies on a trampoline.
