In the artist's words:

Filiz-Sofie is a singer and songwriter from Oldenburg and released her first EP called "Flashbacks" in 2024.

The 24-year-old has already released two German pop songs including music videos since 2021 and has now been able to realize her long-awaited EP thanks to the support of the Pop Stipendium.

Her music is a mixture of German pop, indie pop and the singer-songwriter genre. Songs such as "Chaos im Kopf" and "Immer Wenn Ich Dich Seh" are created from modern beats, classical guitar and piano elements and very honest, direct lyrics. Her songs are sometimes dynamic and sometimes calm, one song is sadder while the other is cheerful, but they all have one thing in common: they tell a story.
