Düsseldorf has been digging, building and designing for years. Yet the NRW state capital is actually known worldwide for its glamor. The Freifrau von Kö has made it her mission to revive this glamor. On her city walks, she takes an extravagant tour around building sites to the places that have retained their charm and luxurious character, telling anecdotes about the fine and not-so-fine citizens of Düsseldorf.

Freifrau von Kö, the self-proclaimed city-approved and state-recognized millionaire wife of the city, restores the city to its former glory. Her 1.5-hour guided tours are an honest homage to beautiful Düsseldorf. Tour participants will therefore remember the many authentically told anecdotes about the metropolis, many of which will make them smile.

The amusing tours of the Freifrau von Kö usually take place on Saturdays and always start at the Bergischer Löwen on the southern tip of Königsallee. They wind their way along the Königsallee and past the glamorous sights of the city until they end with a view of the old town of the village on the Düssel.
