Heide Häusler

In the artist's words:

Heide Häusler studied art history, philosophy and film and television studies in Bochum. She has worked as a curator and exhibition manager for the Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Cologne, the Stadtmuseum in Düsseldorf and the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt, among others. From 2009 to 2016, she was exhibition manager of the Mannheim, Ludwigshafen, Heidelberg Photo Festival (now the Biennale für aktuelle Fotografie). Most recently, she curated the exhibitions "Next Generations" and "From A to B" at the Museum Morsbroich in Leverkusen. Since 2013, she has been responsible for the management and artistic direction of the International Photoscene Cologne.
