In the artist's words:

One of the greatest joys in music is discovering new, pure and unadulterated talent, and that's exactly what you get when you listen to BEINIR. The 24-year-old singer-songwriter from the Faroe Islands moved to Denmark in 2020 to pursue his dream of becoming a world-renowned artist. Just two years later, he had his first top 10 airplay hit and played as support for some of the biggest Danish acts on the live scene. As part of his "Unknown Location Tour", he played over 50 solo gigs across the country and celebrated his first sold-out headlining concert in Copenhagen.

This fall BEINIR will release his first solo album 'Greener' and make his first solo appearances outside Denmark, with shows in Hamburg, Oldenburg and Lübeck in Northern Germany. These three solo performances are the beginning of a dream come true:

"I've always dreamed of entertaining people all over the world. I come from a very small town in the Faroe Islands, and maybe all those wide open fields and empty spaces sparked my imagination for something completely different. I moved to Denmark to start my journey, but my dreams are much bigger, and I'm really looking forward to playing in Germany for the first time."

During his shows, BEINIR will play a selection of songs from the album 'Greener', which will be released in October. The title track has already given him his first Danish top 10 radio hit.

" 'Greener' is the title track of my album. It reflects where I am in life right now: the departure into the unknown and the curiosity for change. The themes of leaving home and pursuing big dreams run throughout the album, along with a few songs about the complexities of love. I think people can relate to the feeling of chasing their dreams - being excited and scared at the same time."

Music has been BEINIR'slifelong passion. He began performing at the age of 7 (yes, you can find the clip on YouTube). His music is warm and hopeful and often revolves around the piano or guitar. Inspired by legends like Elton John, John Mayor and Paul McCartney, as well as contemporary stars like Shawn Mendes and Ed Sheeran, BEINIR'salbum was recorded with a full band to create an organic sound that transcends generations and celebrates the joy of music.
