The Berlin band il Civetto writes songs that transport their listeners to the warm light of a southern French sunset or the mild gold of a late summer evening in the big city. With their debut album "Späti del Sol" (May 2022), the five-piece Berlin band has built up a loyal community over the last few years with their unique sound. A pop sound that incorporates elements of Latin American music and nuances of French and Portuguese. Moving lyrics that create images of longing and invite the listener to dream with great finesse. Il Civetto's musical identity is characterized by the great adventurousness and openness of a well-travelled band, for which one searches in vain for reference points in the German pop music landscape. At their great live shows, their songs such as "Rio-Reiser-Platz", "Barbazan" and "Andere Welt" have established themselves as real anthems.
