Jörg Färber

Jörg Färber (born 1975) is a trained chef. After working in top restaurants in Italy, Canada, Hawaii and Mallorca, he returned to the Leipzig restaurant trade. At some point, he hung up his chef's apron. As a chief fire officer and emergency paramedic with the professional fire department in Leipzig, he is constantly on the move to help people. But he still loves cooking, preferring regional, uncomplicated and creative dishes.
