Kammerchor Akkordarbeit

The Akkordarbeit chamber choir was founded in 2015 and was formed by a group of young people who share a passion for making music together.
The ambitious young choir attaches great importance to tonal precision and high vocal quality.
The repertoire includes classical music in the broader sense - i.e. classical choral literature from the Baroque period to the present day. Akkordarbeit develops its own concert programs together with soloists and instrumentalists from the region and performs at church and private events in the Karlsruhe area. Director and co-founder of the ensemble is Tobias Flick.
The name Akkordarbeit goes back to the composer Max Reger (1873-1916), who described himself as a "chord worker" over a hundred years ago.
