King Edi K brings the 60's West African afro-jazz to an electro/funk vibe. Author and producer Edi Kistler is creating a musical journey of his healing process, which involved induced fevers to rid himself of a dangerous bacteria, all culminating in the album "High Fever". The music is influenced by Nigerian and Ghanaian afrobeat, jazz improvisations, highlife, electro, and funk mantra basslines. Edi Kistler is a composer and record producer, and the founder of LIQUITS, KING EDI K, and MATANGA RECORDS.
