Matthias Wunsch is a southern German painter born in 1975. His painting style is inspired by the old masters of the Renaissance and Baroque periods as well as Romanticism and Realism.
His motifs range from faithful depictions of famous operas to landscape painting, city portraits and marine painting.
Matthias Wunsch's technique is tempera on cardboard. Tempera is a paint that is mixed with a water-oil emulsion.
