In the artist's words:

The spoken theater ensemble laut & lyrik lends texts sound, rhythm and dynamics. Poetry often collects dust on shelves, here it rustles in choruses, words and syllables fly through the audience, verses move from speaker to speaker and spoken rhythms are thrown back and forth in groups just as much as individual performers embody poems in solos.

Founded at the turn of the millennium by Wilfried Vogel, the ensemble has worked its way up over the years to the small house of the Stadttheater and the E-Werk - annual programs with up to eight performances and, in between, regular appearances at city events, corporate events or private parties.
