Lively techno. Produced purely acoustically, on piano, double bass and drums, without computers or synthesizers. From lyrical to minimal, from deep to industrial: LBT's sound is multi-faceted, always driven by a pulsating kick drum. Their music is an inward journey, inviting you to dream as well as to dance ecstatically. Having grown up in modern jazz, the trio takes its great love of improvisation seriously. They phrase delicately on the piano or work the strings with a plectrum, the bass is gently stroked or almost smashed to pieces and the drums are used to their full potential, from a delicate rustle to a powerful groove.
