In the artist's words:

In January 2024, less took to the stage with the aim of instigating pleasurable self-liberation. Two years, four singles and an EP later, it remains that way. Sounding outside the box, at eye level with the audience, through the heart to the mind. Where less plays, it moves, but always listens carefully.

Concerts in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, from theaters to clubs have established sound, charisma and attitude as less 's trademark. Their music stands firmly on its own two feet, but it does not stand still, remains stylistically and thematically in motion. The sound can be located somewhere between hyperpop, new wave and indiepop and is characterized by playful songwriting and a characteristic singing style. The queer-feminist-progressive attitude runs as a common thread through songs, shows and releases. Character and strength through openness, changeability and vulnerability. Plus a dash of humor as a sharp sword against the dullness of an insane time.

February 26, 2026 is the release date of less's first EP Virgin Stripper. After four singles, it is a musical declaration of the beauty of life in ugly times. Admonishing at the beginning, then light-footed, melancholy, bombastic and danceable at the end.

Following the EP in March 2026, rehearsals will begin for a musical project at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus in Hamburg, in which less will be seen and heard on stage. Speaking, singing. Exciting! Premiere on April 19 (Rangfoyer).
