The band

Liebestrunken is a Leipzig-based trio that moves between indie pop, soul, rock and electronic elements - a band that doesn't ignore genre boundaries, but deliberately subverts them. At the center is the unmistakable voice of singer Sebastian Domröse, whose rough, warm character immediately catches the ear and provokes comparisons to great German voices, but at the same time bears his very own signature. He is complemented by jazz pianist Oliver and drive drummer Damian, who shape the band's sound with musical precision and stylistic openness. Live, an additional line-up of bass and guitar adds further colors and dynamics to the sound world.
