The world of West African, Brazilian and Cuban rhythms. Lessons, courses & workshops by Michaele Mohr.

Michaele Mohr - musician and music teacher - has been a passionate percussionist for over 30 years - from the Ruhr area. She studied education with a focus on history, German and art in Dortmund. She then went on to study music internationally, including at the renowned conservatory in Rotterdam. Her focus was on percussion and world music. She gained inspiration from the countries where percussion was born through various study visits to Africa, Cuba and Brazil.

She combines her skills as a musician and teacher in her courses. Her concept Life of Percussion - music energetics - has evolved and matured over many years in a constant process of training and practical experience. It includes concerts as well as workshops with companies and interested private individuals; people who want to learn music as well as further education and workshops for professional musicians.
