Malte Küppers (*1988 in Viersen) lives, writes and works in Duisburg. But that's not a bad thing. He packs his daily impressions of the Ruhr region into his comedy bits and texts, which have already taken him to the big stages all over the country.

With a dose of humor, a critical eye and a good pinch of nonsense, the trained social worker and qualified de-escalation and anti-racism trainer describes his environment and thoughts to send the audience home with a broad smile.

After participating in several anthologies, the winner of the Vestische Literatureule 2020 and winner of the Uwe Kaschinski Kleinstkuh-Ehrenpreis 2021 also published his first book with Lektora-Verlag under the title "Wenn zwei sich streiten, kommt ein Dritter dazu". Since 2022, he has also been on the successful podcast "Ich kann nicht gut mit Menschen" together with Jule Weber and since 2024 with Abdul Chahin and Burak Yilmaz on the podcast "Brennpunkt".

In 2026, Malte goes on his first solo tour with the title "Anti-Sozialarbeiter"!
