Artist Statement by Maxim Wakultschik: My basic principles of the universe

My art is about love - about the longing for the angelic state - about the divine. I break down physical forms into their components: Into colors, into energies, into molecules. I want the viewer to feel as if they are looking at my works through a microscope. What remains are vibrations of light, colors and energies. Because that is what every object, every organism in this world is made of. A kaleidoscope of perceptions that come together to form an overall picture. So I hope that through my art you can feel the secret of life, the divine in everything that surrounds you.
