In the artist's words:

It happens in 2024: the "Ö de Cologne" rolls through Germany. The boys from Schäl Sick are fulfilling a lifelong dream and embarking on their first tour of Germany. The five musicians got to know each other in the music cellar during their school days together in Holweide. From the school desk to the stage, they played their way through various school and rock bands until they finally founded the Cologne band MILJÖ in a shared kitchen in 2012.

Their absolute breakthrough came with the song "Su lang die Leechter noch brenne". The homage to their favorite pub Lommerzheim, the Dicken Pitter and Speimanes became a hit and has become an integral part of Cologne's song canon. The following year, they landed another direct hit with "Wolkeplatz". Just take off and see your beloved city from above - the catchy tune with the onomatopoeic pulse has been streamed millions of times and is known far beyond the city limits. In the years that followed, the folk rockers continued to add to the list with "Kölsch statt Käsch", "Schöckelpääd", "Null oder Hundert" and "För 1 Naach" and within 10 years had played their way to the top of the Cologne music cosmos.

Their most recent releases are the album "Immer Wigger" (2022) and their new single "Et letzte Mol" (2023).
