Iron Hands

In the artist's words:

The MUSE collective consists of eight

actresses and performers (in/from Hamburg).

Together they develop projects in the field of performing arts that have a feminist core.

In their performances, they deal with the oppression of female-read characters, sexism, gender inequality, violence against female-read characters, toxic femininity and address the social demands placed on female-read characters.

As we are a collective of cis-female people, we are aware that our performances cannot reflect all realities.

We are always open to suggestions and an empathetic exchange in order to broaden our horizons together.
