In the artist's words:

I am Elisa, a free soul and especially a human being - just like you.
In the last 2 years I have traveled through India and the world. I have immersed myself in foreign cultures and especially in the yogic way of life. Today I know that it is my heart's desire to bring more authenticity, balance and genuineness back to Germany. That's why I founded Myfaylife - Yoga, Sound Healing, Nature Connection and Ayurveda.

In our FayNest, a beautiful workshop location directly on the Rhine, with sheep on our apple tree pasture (including access to the Rhine...) you will also find a beautiful Yogshala to fall in love with. The yoga space "SHAKTINEST" is the centerpiece of the FayNest and convinces with a healing atmosphere in the old building charm and a view over the Rhine.

I teach regular yoga classes here - traditional hatha yoga, sound healing sessions, community events, women's circles, workshops and retreats.
