Negah Amiri is one of the most exciting comediennes in the country. Direct, funny, sensitive and at the same time sharp as a scalpel - she says what many only think. From fleeing to Germany to becoming a celebrated comedy award winner

At the age of eleven, Negah came to Germany from Iran with her mother and brother. She grew up in Wiesbaden, graduated from high school, studied media and became a radio presenter - but she only found her real stage when she began to process her experiences with humor.
Teenage bullying experiences, racist remarks, a first name that invited stupid puns - Negah now turns them into empowering comedy.

In 2023, she was awarded the German Comedy Award for Best Newcomer - a milestone that showed that her voice is heard. And needed.
